We're hiring a Treasury operations Specialist for our FSC in Łódz, Poland to help us meet our ambitious growth targets.

You'll be part of the central but very internationally oriented Treasury Team, which supports the rest of the Finance function, Business Groups, the Markets, and ultimately the Signify Board of Management. You have a global scope and serve Signify entities with Treasury Operations requirements all over the world. The Treasury Operations team is split between two locations: Amsterdam and Łódz.

You'll be a Treasury Operations Specialist who will have a vital role in managing the Cash management process, Treasury Payment Factory, Inhouse Bank and Settlements department, and support in all projects related to the Treasury processes in general. You are responsible for advising colleagues globally on payments, including checking (foreign) exchange transactions with banks, timely settlements of payments, account reconciliation, managing the global cash pooling process and, treasury performance, and KPI reporting.

What you'll do

· You'll manage the Treasury Operations department's daily operations and activities including transaction processing, settlement confirmations, bank account reconciliation, and reporting

· You'll oversee cash forecasting, manage the global cash pools and centralization of funding, manage the bank account database,

· You'll be involved in treasury operations improvement projects including rolling out new businesses in the treasury structure, rolling out supplier finance within the group, further process improvements in cash management and cash visibility,

· You'll support other Financial departments on queries related to Treasury Operations processes and transactions, and improve end-to-end processes,

· You will work closely with other Treasury departments and colleagues in the central and regional teams, providing in-depth analysis to support effective Treasury decisions,

· You'll support our business in reaching the key goals of the company,

· You'll provide expert knowledge on Treasury processes to our internal stakeholders.

What you'll need

· You graduated with a bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or have a related experience,

· You already have a first experience or have a proven track record in payment and banking,

· You are strong in change management and a team player eager to learn,

· You are a self-motivated individual with a customer service attitude and intercultural sensitiveness,

· You have good analytical skills and process ownership capabilities,

· You have an advanced level of English.
