As a Procurement Service Specialist you'll be responsible for first line of support using Jaggaer e-Procurement for Procurement Bill of Materials and co-defining improvement areas within procurement processes & systems. That includes close cooperation with various internal stakeholders like IT, suppliers or senior management, in order to transform, optimize and digitalize our operations.

What you'll do- You will support transformation of business requirements into Digital Solutions
- You will define and collaborate in necessary process & system changes in partnership with other experts and stakeholders- clarifying impact of the new solutions and ways of working
- You will manage relationship with the customers, stakeholders, and senior leadership proactively while providing first line support for our tools and systems
- You will identify issues, provide solutions, and maintain improvements while demonstrating problem solving and basic change management skills
- You will facilitate learning, provide process trainings and ad-hoc performance reports where relevant
- 1-3 Years of relevant working experience (preferably but not necessary in Procurement)
- You demonstrate energy, enthusiasm and passion for applying new technologies every day
- High level of accuracy and strong execution skills, well developed process, and data analytical skills, with focus on continuous improvement
- Lean Methodology, Continuous Improvement and Change Management knowledge will be an asset
- experience with Jaggaer e-Procurement is valuable
- Capable to balance needs of multiple customers, prioritize to get the job done
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to learn quickly
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
