Job Description:

Responsibilities:

You will:

  • Be Responsible for e2e process of lease contract origination
  • Prepare financing contracts, other documents and reports accordingly to HPEFS policies and customer specific.
  • Manage Sales and Service Excellence sale forecast for regular business with existing customers; supports Sales in new business acquisitions.
  • Contact customers on regular basis in order to ensure smooth cooperation.
  • Ensure proper contracts data is reflected in the systems- data entry and updates to systems
  • Cooperate with suppliers in order to ensure proper and timely invoicing; monitors supplier payments TA, monitor open balances with suppliers and follow agreed processes for key vendors
  • Proactively work with customers, answer their questions, provide requested data
  • Engage with appropriated teams internally for complex customer queries; take ownership for solutions
  • Coordinate/monitor operational issues and propose solution to the team

Team targets:

  • Respond to, monitor & track Ad hoc internal & External requests
  • Monitor process associates daily performance and ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing
  • Support and engage with SE team in achieving ICP targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues of regional team and other team supporting special needs, back up, priorities and urgencies
  • Systematically work on your process knowledge, share your knowledge with other colleagues

Education and Experience Required:

  • Typically a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience or a Master's degree and up to two years of experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • 2 or more years experience.
  • Essential: requirements determination using structured techniques for documentation, analysis, evaluation/ validation; decomposition of high- level information into details; abstracting low- level information; distinguishing requests vs needs; distinguishing requirements vs. solutions; classifying/ prioritizing requirements; requirements change management and traceability; identifying risks; applying creativity to solving complex problems; building relationships and working collaboratively; effective verbal/ written communication; experience in an industry domain.
  • Specialized: developing structured user manuals and training; business rules modeling; develop and executing acceptance test plans.
