Description:
We are in need of an accountant to join our team and assist with the German legal entity. The Accounting Department handles various tasks such as preparing financial statements, maintaining the general ledger, paying bills, payroll, cost accounting, and tax declarations.

Requirements:

  • Must have a degree in Administration, Accounting, or Economics
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Accounting/Finance
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Strong initiative-taking ability
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work well in teams and individually
  • Knowledge of Oracle system is a plus
  • Familiarity with German accounting principles is a plus
  • German language proficiency is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Verification of necessary documents for the accounting process
  • Formal and accounting review of documents
  • Auditing of accounting receipts and their processing
  • Inputting documents into the accounting system
  • Reconciling analytical and synthetic balances
  • Assisting in preparing monthly closing reports
  • Creating information and statements in the accounting field
  • Handling bookkeeping, invoice verification, and settlement
