About this opportunity
Welcome to the Investigations FI team. We add value by processing domestic and international payment orders and handle investigation around payments flow. As (Junior) Process Officer in Payment and Investigations you'll play a valuable role in Payment Services Operations analyzing and repairing all payments that our systems haven't been able to process automatically, due to insufficient or incorrect information.
What you'll be doing:
Handle manual tasks that are related to domestic and international transactions processing in local applications Secure payments flow for Nordea Finland customers Independently solve issues in terms of customers and foreign banks requests and complaints Work with multiple stakeholders in Payment Services and Customer Service located in Nordic countries Contribute to the improvement of quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processesYou'll join an open and friendly team that is very proactive and engaged in daily work, strongly focused on a client, high quality and constant development. The role is based in Łódź.
