  • You are characterized by good work organization and conscientiousness
  • A proficient Polish and English speaker
  • You easily establish contacts with other people, you can communicate effectively
  • You are not afraid to search for information, you assimilate knowledge quickly and are willing to take the initiative
  • You find it easy to write e-mails, memos, documents, and you are comfortable with MS Office packageWHAT WE OFFER YOU?
  • In this position you will earn no less than 6000 PLN gross per month

  • Organize training with internal and external suppliers
  • Provide administrative support to the production team
  • Organize meeting agendas and contact with necessary parties regarding meetings
  • Dealing with contracted companies, arranging business trip and being interface between employees and travel destination
  • Help with presentation & communications materials, arrange travels, and help with expenses, etc.
