Join the global Salesforce IT team at Circle K, a global leader in the convenience store industry. As part of Circle K's Enterprise Systems and Automations Department, our team is dedicated to delivering solutions across a network of 13 countries. We are at the forefront of providing daily end-user support, continuous customization of product features, and the development of new, cutting-edge solutions to meet complex business requirements. Collaborating closely with various vendors, we ensure the seamless integration of maintenance and development services to enhance our Salesforce ecosystem.

Circle K Business Centre in Warsaw is looking for a new team player who will join our team as:

SALESFORCE APPLICATION DESIGNER

As a Salesforce Application Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our Salesforce ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing ongoing customizations, and building innovative solutions and integrations to address the evolving needs of our business. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio that spans Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, CRM Analytics (Tableau), Data Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.

We are looking for someone who has:
  • Higher relevant education (a degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration).
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in a system analyst role or a solution/application designer role specifically focused on Salesforce.
  • A strong working knowledge of CRM and databases with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to effectively coordinate activities across multiple teams.
  • Strong consulting, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Good presentation, communication, and facilitation skills – ability to convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
  • Take ownership of both functional and technical solution design, ensuring the integrity and scalability of the system.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements and actively contribute to the design, development, and release of new functionality.
  • Collaborate with technical experts/developers to translate functional requirements into technical designs and develop robust solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Design integrations with other systems to enhance overall system capabilities.
  • Stay informed about the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain pertinent functional design documentation, ensuring that technical design document is provided and maintained by developers.
  • Actively participate in enhancing the existing software development lifecycle and governance processes.
  • Provide support for day-to-day administrative functions as required to uphold the efficient operation of the Salesforce environment.
