The International Risk Management Execution (IRME) Team supports Risk Cluster heads and Risk Management Country Officers (RMCOs) in standardizing processes to enhance productivity, governance, control activities, and strategic execution. The team also assists the International Risk Head, who oversees risks within the global landscape and collaborates with the International Head.

The Integrated Risk Management analyst works under the Risk Management Country Officers Support Team within Citi's International Risk Management Organization. This role collaborates with RMCOs to manage daily activities and responsibilities.

Citi's Risk Management Country Officers act as key Risk Professionals overseeing Risk matters at the franchise level in each country. They work closely with Independent Risk Management, Country Coordinating Officers, and CEOs. In many countries, RMCOs also manage Corporate Credit Risk Management in addition to their primary role.

This position provides centralized support to Risk Cluster Heads and RMCOs focusing on legal entity risk governance, risk, controls compliance, reporting requirements, and strategic projects for International Risk Management.


Responsibilities:
  • Support RMCOs in selected countries with day-to-day activities for centralized support.
  • Execute activities ensuring strong control environment adherence to defined processes.
  • Comprehend regulations and Citi Policies relevant to the role.
  • Utilize Citi Tools and country specifics to aid RMCOs in reporting for Country/Legal Entity Governance.
  • Assist RMCOs in risk & control activities to meet internal Citi requirements.
  • Manage Legal Entity Risk Management Forums including material preparation, reporting metrics, and more.
  • Support Country Risk Managers in controls related to activities and audits.
  • Participate in projects to enhance efficiency in RMCO activities across different countries.
Requirements:
  • Graduates in Economic Sciences, Actuary, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar fields.
  • Strong skills in data analytics, English proficiency.
  • 2-3 years of experience in risk management and regulatory changes.
  • Interpersonal skills, conflict management, detail-oriented, efficient in dynamic environments.
  • Proactive, Excel, Power Point proficiency.
  • Data management skills like VBA, Python, SQL, Power Bi, Tableau, and SharePoint knowledge.
