FP&A Analyst Commercial Controlling, Poznań

Role overview

Commercial CoE, currently consisting of 22 FP&A analysts, has been assembled to provide a wide range of controlling activities for Local Commercial Companies in Western Europe. The main responsibilities of the Team are month-end closing processes, supporting business with analysis and management reporting, and financial planning in agreed timelines.

What you'll be doing

  • frequent cooperation within local Commercial team,
  • building and maintaining close relationship with local organizations,
  • cooperating with local entities based in Western Europe,
  • playing a key role in the monthly, quarterly, annual financial closing processes

    to ensure completeness and accuracy,
  • ensuring Commercial P&L reporting is correct,
  • preparing Management Reporting Package for the company management team,
  • preparing financial and volume reports for Sales and Marketing teams,
  • reporting Group financial results via Oracle HFM Tool,
  • coordination of activities to identify and execute saving initiatives,
  • preparing other ad hoc reports, sensitivity analysis, cost deep-dives etc.,
  • ensuring financial processes run flawlessly with high quality.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a person who:

  • has a university degree in Finance,
  • has minimum 2 years of professional experience in Controlling or Finance

    with a solid knowledge of financial controlling processes and data analysis,
  • has very good command of written and spoken English,
  • navigates easily in Office365 environment and has advanced hands-on knowledge

    of MS Excel and Power Point,
  • has previously worked with SAP FI/CO, BW, CO-PA (HFM would be an asset),
  • demonstrates strong analytical skills,
  • is able to work with large amount of data and reconcile numbers between various systems and reports,
  • is able to think critically and make appropriate decisions,
  • quickly moves ideas into action, completes plans and projects with quality and speed, and drives the company's agenda,
  • is a team player who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions which are win-win-win for the company, colleagues, and themselves.
