We're looking for Assistant to Procurement Management Team to join our global Procurement team in Lodz.

As an Assistant to Procurement Management Team you'll be responsible for supporting the procurement management team members ensuring that all procurement team activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. As a Procurement Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping your organization meet its procurement goals and objectives.

What you'll do
  • Managing MT Members agenda's
  • Supporting with travel request for the MT Members
  • Supporting organising the procurement events for suppliers
  • Managing internal and external communication to the whole procurement organization
  • Support with day to day operations
Your qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Professionalism and discretion
  • Eager to learn and do extra miles (ideally if you are interesting in developing your career in procurement role)
  • Flexible, dynamic with hands on approach and can do attitude
  • Able to work with different tools and system (technology savvy)
