Are you someone who excels in project planning and stakeholder management? We are in search of a talented and motivated individual to take on the role of Test Manager at Arla. Join our team of highly skilled colleagues working in an agile environment, transforming the way we approach testing in project delivery at Arla.

"As a Test Manager, your responsibility will be to support project deliverables and optimize the testing process from planning to execution," says Manager Jonas Lyngkjær Druedahl.

About the position:

As a Test Manager, you will play a crucial role in software development projects, overseeing the testing process to ensure software quality and reliability. Your tasks will include managing a team of testers, defining test strategies, coordinating test activities, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Implementing the quality and testing approach for the program,
  • Ensuring alignment with the Arla Test Strategy,
  • Driving the quality and testing approach for the train in terms of system integration,
  • Providing valuable inputs to teams for an effective approach,
  • Documenting test plans, test cases, and results,
  • Producing insightful test reports for project stakeholders.

We collaborate closely with Arla's business units in cross-functional Scrum teams to deliver the highest value. Our multinational team operates in an agile manner following the SAFe framework.

Who we are looking for:

We seek an individual with experience in agile methodologies, software testing, and strong stakeholder management skills. You should have a background in software development or IT solutions and a drive for success in testing environments.

Ideal qualifications:

  • 2+ years of test management experience with agile practices,
  • Experience in test planning, design, and execution,
  • 3+ years in project management or a similar role,
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in information systems or related field,
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies including SAFe framework,
  • ISTQB certification.
