JOIN USWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- A finance professional with 3+ years of experience and strong RTR process knowledge
- A candidate experienced in the cooperation with external partners, ready to work in a fast-paced, diverse and multinational organization
- A person with a strong coordination, control and liaising skills and business acumen
- An individual with ability to think and act for the benefits of the company and the consumers, growth mindset and digital readiness
- A candidate with functional knowledge of SAP
- A candidate experienced in KPI design and management is desirable

- Responsible for the cluster/market outsourced and non-outsourced process to be timely and properly handle in compliance with all USGAAP, statutory, tax legislation & PMI Finance Standards.
- Responsible to monitor the cluster/market KPIs for BPO performance; identify risks & issues for escalation.
- Active participation in the regional or global transformation initiatives as RTR Intercompany SME representative, and to propose, and drive RTR transformation roadmap fitment into the overall organization transformation roadmaps.
- Implement RTR transformation projects; continues improvement, simplification, standardization & automation, with tangible efficiencies and cost reduction.
- Monitor cluster/market KPIs to measure end to end process performance and execute corrective action plans till completions and resolution.
- Cluster/market controls execution, operational effectiveness, and prevention of SOX deficiencies.
- Ensure to deliver specific regional audit requirements (both internal and external).
- Frequent and close communication to the markets teams to anticipate/adopt to any transformation of the business requiring Intercompany process modification.
