Research Analyst, Brand Experience

Why We Need You

Our Strategy and Research (STaR) Software Services division focuses on helping clients effectively utilize Qualtrics' software products to address intricate business challenges. We are searching for a naturally curious individual with a passion for understanding human behavior and a background in quantitative research. The role involves delivering research programs that leverage Qualtrics software, emphasizing top-notch client service.

How You Will Succeed

  • Execute research projects flawlessly
  • Create effective questionnaires, analyze data, and produce insightful reports
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail and meeting deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Google Suite or Excel/PowerPoint
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Possess a growth mindset and strive for continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Manage logistics for research projects
  • Plan and coordinate research engagements
  • Ensure quality control in all research activities
  • Support clients in various programs
  • Build relationships with vendors and partners
  • Identify and propose solutions for project challenges
  • Create structured survey questionnaires and reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in custom research
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and/or Keynote
  • Experience with Qualtrics platform is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in written and verbal English
