Job Description

Zendesk is searching for a meticulous problem solver, data-driven individual with outstanding analytical abilities to join the Customer Engagement team as a Value Analyst.

The Value Analyst will be tasked with supporting the Value Consulting team by managing existing Value Calculation tools, creating new content, methodologies, and supporting materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain expertise in Customer Experience Strategy, Contact Centres, and Value Engineering.
  • Sustain and enhance Value Consulting Assets.
  • Collaborate with the global Value Consulting Team to facilitate the adoption of new business processes.
  • Research market data to develop engaging content for customer presentations.
  • Contribute to writing content such as white papers on customer experience and industry trends.
  • Assist in ad-hoc analyses for innovation and standardization.
  • Manage value calculation tools and explore potential innovations.
  • Support Sales on Value Calculation tools and content.
  • Quickly grasp new concepts in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in B2B sales, operations, data analysis, and familiarity with SQL and GSheets/Excel.
  • Adept at independent problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement.
  • Positive attitude and a growth mindset.
  • Understanding of contact centre performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of additional languages such as French, Spanish, German, or Italian is a plus.
