Job Description:

Distribution, Tenders & Settlement team goal is to assure that our company products are available to all patients in Poland. We coordinate all aspects of supply through supply planning, sourcing, inventory management and delivery. We partner across the Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing organizations to build a robust demand and supply plan and ensure we get products to the right customer, at the place, at the right time.

What You'll Do:

Be the owner of Demand Planning process, and key coordinator of collecting inputs from business stakeholders and external sources. Timely process demand and market data and make sure information is properly reflected in systems and align with financial forecasts. Actively monitor the market trends and demand fulfilment processes (internally & externally) to make sure products are available within desired timeframe and in optimal quantities. Work collaboratively with regional colleagues to ensure that our ways of working are met Identify opportunities for process simplification and enhancements in collaborate with colleagues to implement the change.

You should apply if you have:

  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical market in Poland
  • Min 3 years of experience in similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g. Order Management, Logistics, Demand Management, Demand Planning)
  • Advanced PC literacy – advanced use of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, with the ability to operate in a multicultural environment
  • Team player, strong communication skills
  • University degree, preferably business /finance / data related.
  • Strategic planning
