JOIN US REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a challenging environment with skills to influence across various functions
- 8+ years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Electronics industry, with exposure to Supply Chain, Sales Strategy, Business Planning & Development, or Finance
- Proficiency in key financial concepts (profit & loss, cash flow statement)
- Proficiency in English at a minimum level of C1 & fluent in Polish
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Nice to have:
Proficiency in SAP, Supply Chain Planning, and Forecasting Solutions (E2OPEN suite), Financial Planning

YOUR TASKS:
- Supervise, motivate, assess, and lead the team to ensure high efficiency in both individual and team work (people management skills)
- Collaborate with different departments to optimize the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process
- Take the lead or contribute to global/local initiatives aligning with PMI's market, Operations, or Supply Chain strategies
- Regularly assess sales forecasts for the Polish and Baltic markets (volume and value), market performance in comparison to forecast and targets, and forecasting KPIs
- Align commercial and supply chain plans to balance demand and supply for the mid-term horizon (3 to 24 months) in each market and cluster
- Handle New Product Initiatives and product phase-out, considering market needs and agreed commercial strategies
