Responsibilities:
Analyze and strategize how to manage, and upsell the accounts.
Contact existing customers in your portfolio to a consultation.

Work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets along with being a part of a larger sales team increasing the customer base.

Problem solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their advertising campaigns and encourage them to try new marketing strategies.

Navigate the client so they can implement campaign suggestions.

Build a strong and trusting relationship with the client by optimizing their accounts using your analytical skill while increasing program revenue.

Meet your personal productivity requirements (KPIs) daily while being a team-player contributing to the overall team sales targets.

Requirements:
Fluent Romanian, min. on C1 level or higher.
Fluent English, min. B2.

Excellent communication skills - building structured and detailed answers, answering to the point, building good rapport with the interlocutor, good energy.

Sales skills or potential for sales - not being afraid to call strangers, easy to communicate, eagerness to learn (sales experience is not a must).

Flexibility to adapt to changes.

Good understanding of targets/goal driven personality - understanding what targets are and pressure that may come with them, motivation to achieve goals.

Analytical skills - candidates might struggle during the training and then on the job if they do not know how to analyze charts/data etc.

Computer literacy - MS Office and Google tools.
