Would you like to become a specialist in Onboarding and Daily Banking Services area in the future? We are now looking for a (Junior) Process Officer to join us in Łódź to deliver and develop great quality services and products to Nordea's customers in Finland.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Daily Banking Processing FI 2 team. We add value by delivering services and products with high quality and efficiency, keeping in mind great customer's experience. As the (Junior) Process Officer, you'll play a valuable role in keeping our delivery promises to our customers and stakeholders and working on constant improvements.

What you'll be doing:

Proactively gaining process knowledge to provide required service level Handling routine tasks at the required level of quality and within time frame following guidelines/working instructions Co-operating with stakeholders across Nordea Identifying and proposing improvements within own area of responsibility to improve process efficiency & reduce risk and cost


You'll join the team full of skilled people working towards common goals, CI-driven, open minded and extraordinary sense of humour.

Your experience and background:

English on good communicative level (at least B2) Good command on MS Office Tools
