For our Client European Border and Coast Guard Agency we are looking for:

Specialist in Human Capital Division / Standing Corps Selection and Development Unit Location: Warszawa, Śródmieście Reference Number: S/HCD/08/2024 Tasks:
  • supporting Sector in HR matters and periodical assessments related to Standing Corps; 
  • encoding data in the Agency’s systems and databases;
  • creating and managing Excel and SharePoint databases, keeping them up to date;
  • checking correctness of the submitted documentation;
  • assisting in the implementation of the relevant framework contacts.
Requirements:
  • strong customer service experiences and understanding the demands;
  • patient and stress resilient;
  • good with handling much workload under time pressure;
  • able to handle multiple requests coming over phone and emai;
  • preferably Candidate who have worked in:  hospitality services, travel agencies, banks etc. at the front-line dealing directly with sometimes difficult and demanding clients;
  • very good command of both written and spoken English (at least C1);
  • at least 3 year of professional experience in, international law, finance or diplomas of: General Administration, Business Management, Financial Management, Economics, Political Sciences/ European Studies or Social Sciences.
