Facility Manager / Property Manager (K/M)


Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Koordynacje usług związanych z prawidłowym utrzymaniem powierzchni klienta w całej Polsce;
  • Prowadzenie bazy umów na świadczone usługi (utrzymanie techniczne, zarządzanie nieruchomościami, naprawy na terenach zew, recepcja):
  • Zlecenia niezbędnych napraw lub remontów i egzekwowanie napraw;
  • Optymalizacja kosztów związanych z utrzymaniem nieruchomości;
  • Nadzór nad prawidłowością świadczonych usług przez dostawców;
  • Koordynacja jednorazowych usług na rzecz nieruchomości;
  • Egzekwowanie od wynajmującego prawidłowego utrzymania nieruchomości;
  • Zarządzanie zespołem rozproszonym,
  • Sporządzanie miesięcznych raportów z wykonanych usług oraz prac planowanych;
  • Przygotowywanie ofert na prace dodatkowe;
  • Zlecanie zamówień w systemie ERP;
  • Wykonanie zobowiązań wynikających z umów;
  • Rozliczanie i raportowanie o zużyciu mediów (woda, gaz, ciepło, en. elektryczna );

Nasze wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe;
  • Doświadczenie w administracji nieruchomościami;
  • Umiejętność koordynacji pracy w zespole rozporoszonym w 4 obszarach geograficznych w Polsce.
  • Wiedza techniczna na temat utrzymania nieruchomości;
  • Mile widziana licencja Zarządcy Nieruchomościami lub/oraz doświadczenie w zarządzaniu obiektami logistycznymi;
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego;
  • Doświadczenie związane z optymalizacją kosztów utrzymania nieruchomości;
  • Dobra organizacja czasu i pracy, sumienność w wykonywaniu obowiązków, dyspozycyjność, samodzielność i biznesowe podejście do wykonywanych zadań;
