Who we are
Master Data Management (MDM) is the business owner and single point of contact for Customer & Counterparty Data, Master Data & Reference Data, External Data Hub.
We build the bridge between business processes and data management. We focus on simplification and compliance by leverage a single trusted view of high-quality master data across all channels and in all business processes enabling digitalization and the future relationship bank of Klient's Group. MDM unit is application owner of the two enterprise wide Golden Sources named CCM (Customer & Counterparty Master) and RMD (Reference & Master Data), as well as the centralized repository for external data, External Data Hub.
Project Manager MDM
Your responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects according to deadlines and within budget.
- Define project’s objectives, manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources, quality and risks.
- Monitor project metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Empower and support cross-functional teams to achieve high performance, foster collaboration and maintain a focus on delivering value.
- Collaborate closely with business to create and maintain a prioritized backlog, ensuring that tasks are well-defined.
- Identify and facilitate opportunities for continuous improvement, addressing impediments, handling escalations and removing roadblocks.
- Proactively identify and address risks, dependencies and issues that may impact the delivery, timelines, scope or quality.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on project management principles and practices, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Foster transparent communication with all stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress and changes.
Our requirements
- Holder of university Master degree.
- At least 7 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in a financial sector.
- Deep understanding of project management principles, values and methodologies.
- In depth knowledge of IT project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex and demanding issues.
- Experience in stakeholders management.
- Superior facilitation, communication and coaching skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in project management and strategic planning/execution in changing, complex environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse virtual teams.
- Focus on delivering business value.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, ability to approach stakeholders using appropriate level of details, terminology and fit-to-purpose communication.
- Eager to learn and have the courage to speak up even if it is difficult.
- A proactive approach, ability to manage multiple tasks.
- PMP and Agile/SAFe certificates are a plus.
What we offer
- Location: Hybrid model: 1 day a week in an office in Warsaw or Tricity, the rest of the work remotely.
