About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Gdynia, Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfactory execution of environment upgrades.

You will maintain clear communication with stakeholders about the progress of execution, issues, and their resolution, as well as potential adjustments to the plan.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure clear communication about environment status
  • Act as a primary contact for all customer queries and issues
  • Ensure proper execution of service requests relevant to environments
  • Investigate and diagnose incidents and service requests in detail
  • Drive root cause analysis of infrastructure problems and develop resolution plans
  • Maintain documentation for deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and problem resolution activities
  • Produce management documentation, including KPIs and reports
  • Communicate effectively, share knowledge, and provide training
  • Mentor and direct team members for timely project completion
  • Collaborate with Development and Test teams to optimize plans within timelines
  • Oversee infrastructure upgrades, modifications, and deployments
  • Potentially participate in other Implementation team deliveries
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration and drive war rooms
