International Recruiter with English


Your responsibilities

  • Create and publish job ads on various international portals
  • Source candidates on international markets
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes on foreign markets (West and Central Europe)
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Performing interviews in cooperation with hiring managers.
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
  • Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
  • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
  • Host and participate in job fairs
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Our requirements

  • 3+ year of experience in international recruitments
  • Very good command of English
  • Experience in direct search and know-how to effectively source candidates
  • Excellent communication skills allowing to build strong relationship with stakeholders
  • Ability to gather and analyse information skilfully
  • Team player mindset, eagerness to learn new things and share knowledge
  • Knowledge of international markets and job portals will be an advantage
