Team Lead - Call Center


Your responsibilities

  • Führung und Motivation: Du bist für die Einhaltung der KPIs Deines Teams verantwortlich. Du sorgst für eine positive Arbeitsatmosphäre und die Motivation Deiner Mitarbeitenden. Du bist für die Personalplanung zuständig
  • Qualitätsmanagement: Du stellt die Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards durch Analysen, Qualitätskontrollen und Coaching-Maßnahmen sicher
  • Prozessoptimierung: Du identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale der Arbeitsabläufe und gestaltest und optimierst die Arbeitsanweisungen und -pläne
  • Kooperation: Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen (z.B. Vertrieb, Backoffice, Marketing, etc.)

Our requirements

  • Führungskompetenz: Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrungen in der Leitung eines telefonischen Kundenservice Teams
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Du bist erfahren darin, Menschen zu motivieren und anzuleiten. Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
  • Organisationsfähigkeit: Du kannst sehr gut selbständig arbeiten, Aufgaben priorisieren und dein Team planen
  • Kundenorientierung: Du stellst unsere Patienten in den Fokus Deiner Arbeit
