Obowiązki
- monitorowanie rynku SSC/BPO i trzymanie ręki na pulsie (biznesu oczywiście ;)
- pozyskiwanie Klientów i aktywną sprzedaż usług rekrutacji SSC/BPO,
- budowanie takich relacji z Klientem, które przetrwają pandemie, trzęsienia ziemi i kryzysy gospodarcze,
- negocjacje warunków współpracy z Klientem i zamykanie procesu sprzedaży,
- realizację założonych celów,
- współpracę z Konsultantami, co pozwoli na realizację usługi na najwyższym poziomie, zgodnie ze standardami Arche,
- utrzymywanie kontaktu z Klientem, wsparcie komunikacyjne w procesie realizacji usług (w razie potrzeby), monitorowanie poziomu satysfakcji Klienta,
- ścisłą współpracę z zespołem sprzedażowym oraz osobami zarządzającymi (komunikacja jest dla nas bardzo ważna :)
- raportowanie, pracę z bazą.
Wymagania
- doświadczenia w obszarze sprzedaży usług rekrutacyjnych - preferujemy min. 2 letnie, jeśli wiesz jak działa agencja rekrutacyjna, na czym polega proces rekrutacji, będzie Ci łatwiej wejść w swoje obowiązki,
- znajomości specyfiki rynku SSC/BPO,
- doświadczenia w sprzedaży dla klientów korporacyjnych
- znajomości j. angielskiego - idealnie min poziom B2,
- umiejętności nawiązywania, budowania i utrzymywania relacji,
- elastycznego reagowania na potrzeby Klienta, ale też umiejętności negocjowania,
- umiejętności liczenia ;) i nastawienia na realizację celów,
- dobrej znajomości pakietu MS Office,
- samodzielności, determinacji i inicjatywy w wykonywaniu powierzonych obowiązków,
- pozytywnego nastawienia
