Payroll Specialist


Do zadań osoby zatrudnionej na tym stanowisku będzie należało:

  • Samodzielną obsługę Klientów w obszarze kadr i płac,
  • Prowadzenie pełnej dokumentacji kadrowo-płacowej,
  • Sporządzanie deklaracji ZUS, PIT, PFRON, GUS,
  • Wprowadzanie i analizę danych w systemie kadrowo-płacowym,
  • Współpracę z zewnętrznymi instytucjami (ZUS, US),
  • Wsparcie i doradztwo klientom w zakresie zagadnień kadrowo-płacowych,
  • Obsługę programu kadrowo-płacowego.

Od kandydatów oczekujemy:

  • Minimum 2-letniego doświadczenia w samodzielnej obsłudze kadrowo-płacowej,
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomości obowiązujących zagadnień płacowych, prawa pracy, przepisów podatkowych oraz ubezpieczeń społecznych,
  • Znajomości obsługi systemu(ów) kadrowo-płacowego,
  • Znajomości języka angielskiego – co będzie dodatkowym atutem,
  • Samodzielności, odpowiedzialności, rzetelności, zaangażowania i dobrej organizacji pracy.
