  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie
  • Umiejętność pracy w środowisku międzynarodowym
  • Doświadczenie w opracowaniu, wdrożeniu i odpowiedzialności za całościową strategię marketingową
  • Znajomość i umiejętność wykorzystywania, m.in: Google Analytics, SurferSeo, SEMrush, Ekosystem reklamowy Google i LinkedIn, Narzędzia Marketing Automation, Tech SEO
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności w zarządzaniu projektami. Mile widziane znajomość metodologii PM potwierdzone certyfikatami
  • Umiejętność efektywnego zarządzania zespołem, w tym motywowania, kształtowania kompetencji oraz oceny efektów pracy zespołu
  • Umiejętność monitorowania wyników działań marketingowych i mierzenie ich skuteczności
  • Doświadczenie w promowaniu usług lub produktów B2B wspierających Działy Marketingu, Obsługi Klienta lub sprzedaży u dużych międzynarodowych marek.
  • Doświadczenie w branży Contact Center, Marketing Automation, Mobile Development, Loyalty Management, Performance Marketing, AI / Analityka, szeroko pojęty Customer Experience
