The Nord Anglia Education Group is a world-class organisation dedicated to providing exceptional education and opportunities for students around the globe.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join our team and lead our marketing efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports our recruitment and retention targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement a Strategic Marketing Plan: Work with our Admissions Team to create a measurable and costed annual plan to achieve our recruitment targets.
  • Lead the Creation of Engaging Content: Manage the development of innovative marketing materials, including video, brochures, flyers, and merchandise, to showcase the benefits of an education at Nord Anglia.
  • Manage PR and Communication Strategy: Create and implement an annual communication plan to build brand awareness and loyalty, and leverage paid advertising and advertorials to gain editorial coverage aligned to our brand messages.
  • Lead the School Website Strategy: Develop a strategic content calendar to build our brand and meet our communication goals, across all channels, and take ownership of the management and ongoing improvement of our website via our CMS.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and demonstrable experience in brand-building, sales, and/or marketing roles, ideally in service delivery roles.
  • Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage and coach a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Superb project management skills and the ability to mobilise efforts to launch successful initiatives.
  • Natural communicator, adept at building relationships and influencing outcomes at all levels, both inside and outside our organisation.
  • Fluent in English – it's the language we communicate in our school, both written and spoken.
