Twój zakres obowiązków:







  • Wsparcie teamu w planowaniu i realizacji kampanii;





  • Dbałość o sprawną komunikację w projekcie pomiędzy Account Managerami, działem Digital, a Klientem;





  • Wspieranie Traffic Managera w zarządzaniu zespołami projektowymi;





  • Udział w spotkaniach Account Managerów z klientami, notowanie najistotniejszych informacji;





  • Nadzór nad terminowym i prawidłowym dostarczaniem materiałów do kampanii, ich obiegiem oraz archiwizacją;





  • Wykonywanie raportów, monitorowanie założonych wskaźników, weryfikacja efektywności prowadzonych działań;





  • Śledzenie trendów rynkowych, prowadzenie analiz rynku i konkurencji, stałe poszerzanie wiedzy o rynku mediów oraz nabywanie umiejętności posługiwania się narzędziami do planowania i zakupu mediów;





  • Ścisła współpraca z działem: Client Service, Digital Media, Strategii oraz Kreatywnym;





Nasze wymagania:







  • Masz minimum 2 letnie doświadczenie w agencji reklamowej na analogicznym stanowisku;





  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i zdolność do pracy zespołowej;





  • Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu, elastyczne podejście do zmian;





  • Zorientowanie na szczegóły i zdolność do podejmowania szybkich decyzji, ustalanie priorytetów





  • Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia oraz operowania liczbami;





  • Swobodne korzystanie z pakietu MS Office, w szczególności Excela (korzystanie z tabeli przestawnej, formuł: sortowanie, filtrowanie, suma, wyszukaj pionowo);
