What you will do:
- Manage HR operations and provide support aligned with HR strategy and business goals.
- Plan, evaluate, and enhance HR processes to ensure they align with broader HR strategy.
- Increase understanding of employment legislation and best practices within the region. Provide comprehensive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, collaborating with HR team members, including HRBPs and specialists, on complex issues.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to effectively utilise local knowledge and align practices with wider HR and business objectives, including organisational design, DE&I, talent management, regional goals, and reward practices.
- Provide comprehensive local HR services, actively managing employee relations cases, absence, and welfare. Coach managers to ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
- Manage the local onboarding process, recognising its significance in the employee lifecycle.
- Support the Performance Management (PM) cycle, ensuring timelines are met.
- Assist HRBPs and the compensation & benefits function in coordinating local pay and benefits activities, potentially leading specific projects or coordination efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party service providers, including legal, benefit, health insurance, safety, and regional payroll providers.
- Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly reports
- Lead activities related to employee representation and regulatory bodies. Attend CEE NSM meetings as required.
- Implement all aspects of HR administration, policies, procedures, and communication for the employee lifecycle locally.
