#ROLE

As you will manage the share reward programs of the region CEE (Central Eastern Europe) in Prysmian. Your role is to lead the communication between our headquarter in Milano and the region as well as plan and launch the promotion campaign to make sure that CEE is reaching the participation targets. Additionally, you take over the operative HR duties for our colleagues in Prysmian Poland.

Your main future tasks will be:

First point of contact for our share reward plans in the whole CEE region Act as an interface between our headquarter of Prysmian and the regional HR team Responsible for the promotion of the share plan campaigns Administrative support for internal as well as external customers (Bank, employees, etc.) First point of contact for employee inquiries and document creation including communication with payroll agency Administration, maintenance and checking of HR data
Vacation management, time management/attendance management, business trip management Administration of the local trainings Managing the local benefits

#TEAM

Starting in this position you will find yourself in a very open international team with a matrix organization.

This offers you on the one hand side to build a strong relation with our colleagues of the local polish team. On the other hand side, you will work closely with the whole HR departments in the CEE region and benefit from the supportive working climate.

Your main contacts will be the CEE HR Compensation & Benefits Manager as well as the HR Manager of Poland.

In this position it is important to speak fluent polish as well as English. If you like traveling, it will be an advantage for you.

Furthermore, we consider a problem solving and target oriented mentality as an important aspect to deal with the daily work.

#CONTRACT & BENEFITS

You will receive a fair remuneration for your work with a permanent employment contract (full-time, 40 hours a week).
