Financial Analyst, Lease Accounting

We are looking for a candidate with accounting and SAP and EPM knowledge that is willing to grow into a finance business support role. The position is part of the Lease Accounting team that provides services to Global Ecolab Organization (operates with North America, Europe, IMEA, China, Asia Pacific). It focuses on support of key financial controlling processes, as well will act as SME in cross- regional projects related to process and costs optimization.
Your responsibilities:
Review the existing reporting capability, including operational details. Redesign and develop reporting standards to ensure harmonized reporting across all regions. Perform research and analysis of performance results in accounting and reporting systems to determine correctness & completeness. Prepare regular and ad-hock detailed reporting, analysis of leases and presentation at the global, regional and country level Partner with global budget owner to provide support and reporting.What’s in it For You:

At least 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, GBS or business decisions support University degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting or business management. Strong communication skills to communicate complex financial and performance information with a variety of audiences. Excellent synthesizing, analytical and problem- solving skills to organize and synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful analysis. Strong personality with a “can- do” attitude and ability to influence stakeholders on the way Goal-oriented Well-developed organizational skills Strong PC skills, .
