  • Conduct monthly CO closing tasks including COPA analysis, internal cost allocation, and distributions in SAP to generate controlling reports for customer departments.
  • Assist customer companies in implementing budgetary plans within the SAP system, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Advise customers on developing and standardizing controlling and cost accounting methodologies to optimize financial management.
  • Provide consultancy on structural changes within customer organizations (e.g., reorganization, mergers, demergers), offering expertise in business administration.
  • Coordinate business processes across departments such as external accounting, procurement, and SAP IT support to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with customers to design and implement SAP-based controlling reports tailored to their specific needs.
  • Ensure quality and incorporate new requirements into existing SAP CO reports to maintain high standards of data accuracy and usefulness.
  • Design and enhance internal accounting functionalities within SAP CO, driving continuous process improvements.
  • Develop and refine self-service tools in SAP for customers to manage master data and transactional postings efficiently.
  • Translate customer requirements into technical specifications for SAP developers and oversee the quality assurance of implemented functionalities.
  • Guide customers in designing authorization concepts and oversee their implementation with SAP IT operations.
  • Lead the implementation of new customers onto the SAP CO module, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration.
  • Serve as the application owner for the ProCon BDE tool, providing 2nd level support, conducting monthly closings, delivering customer training, and overseeing tool development and interfaces.



Work dedicated SAP process optimization.|Work with German language.
  • Master's degree in an applied science, preferably related to Business Administration
  • Fluency in both English and German
  • Several years of working experience in a Controlling Line Function or Consulting role
  • Experience in project management
  • SAP ERP, e.g. CO: CCA, PCA, COPA, possible S/4
  • MS Excel
  • MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams…)
