Vestas is currently seeking to fill a position to strengthen our Service Delivery Center team

Service> Global Service Operations > Service Delivery Center
The department of Service Operations Support, located in Szczecin, is part of a global Service Deliver Centre providing services to internal customers across the globe. 
Main areas of responsibility are Technical Planning of Unscheduled & Scheduled Works, Continuous Improvement Management and SAP/Salesforce System Administration.

Responsibilities

Onboard, develop, retain and motivate team. Provide training, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team members Monitor performance and support optimization of operational processes and tools, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, to improve efficiency Acting as a point of contact for both internal and external customers Representing managed area during business meetings, audits, customer visits Securing high quality of customer service Develop and implement strategic plans for the department in alignment with the overall goals of the organization matrix organization delivering into the regional Service Organization

 
Qualifications

Relevant previous experience as a manager/ leader of leaders Operational leadership experience from areas such as service, engineering, production Experience in renewables/ oil and gas/ onshore/ offshore is important but not a must Ability to communicate across different stakeholder groups on various organization levels Ability to operate in a collaborative environment balancing fast decision-making with a holistic problem-solving attitude Previous experience in process optimization and migration would be an asset Fluent English and Polish is required
