Wymagania

  • min. 3-letnie doświadczenie w sektorze e-commerce

  • bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. C1) 

  • mile widziana znajomość drugiego języka obcego (hiszpański, włoski, francuski lub niemiecki)

  • znajomość produktu BaseLinker będzie dodatkowym atutem

  • dokładność i dbałość o szczegóły

  • chęć nieustannego poszerzania wiedzy

  • wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne (wewnątrz i na zewnątrz organizacji) 

  • bardzo dobra organizacja pracy w modelu zdalnym 

  • umiejętności analityczne

  • łatwość uczenia się i przyswajania nowych umiejętności typu 'digital skills'

Zadania

 

  • 1-wsza linia wsparcia dla klientów i użytkowników (praca głównie w godzinach 16 - 24)

  • dbałość o satysfakcję klientów z oferowanych produktów, usług i funkcji oferowanych w naszym narzędziu 

  • pełna odpowiedzialność za zgłoszenie

  • diagnoza i rozwiązanie problemu zgłoszonego przez użytkowników

  • współpraca z zespołami technicznymi celem rozwiązania zgłoszenia 

  • rozwój i aktualizacja bazy wiedzy w globalnym dziale IT Support

  • testowanie nowych funkcjonalności
