Technologie, w których będziesz pracował/a: RESTAPI, Postman, Kibana, Elastic Search, KeyCloak, MS Office, WooCommerce, Presta, Magento.

 

Przebieg procesu rekrutacyjnego:

  1. screening telefoniczny z rekruterką
  2. zadanie
  3. spotkanie z Przełożonym oraz z osobą z zespołu
  4. spotkanie z Dyrektorem działu

 

Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • Wsparcie klientów w zakresie oferowanych narzędzi i rozwiązań API, w tym: zapewnienie szybkiego i sprawnego procesu integracji z API InPost, rozwiązywanie błędów i problemów w tym zakresie (II linia wsparcia).
  • Bieżąca współpraca z zespołem developerskim, rozwijającym produkt
  • Analiza logów komunikacji między systemami w oparciu o Kibana
  • Szkolenia i wsparcie pracowników I linii wsparcia w zakresie tematów i problemów związanych z integracją i utrzymaniem usług akceptacji płatności on-line.
  • Współtworzenie dokumentacji technicznej i operacyjnej dla klientów oraz na potrzeby wewnętrzne i zapewnienie jej kompletności.
  • Przygotowywanie zakresu testów wprowadzanych zmian i wsparcie tych testów.
