Remote Helpdesk Specialist with German Miejsce pracy: Opole Rekrutujemy dla Naszym klientem jest centrum usług wspólnych rozwijające swój dział wsparcia z językiem niemieckim.
Szukamy łącznie 11 osób.
Technologie u pracodawcy System operacyjny Windows
Twój zakres obowiązków obsługa przychodzących zapytań o pomoc oraz wsparcie ze strony użytkowników (głównie przez takie kanały jak e-mail/poczta/czat/telefon)
prowadzanie danych do systemu oraz proponowanie rozwiązania problemu - najczęstsze problemy są związane z brakiem hasła, rozwiązaniem błędu w danym programie (podstawowe i proste czynności) jak i bardziej złożone gdzie trzeba rozwiązać ten problem łącząc się zdalnie
administrowanie kontami użytkowników, łączenie się przez zdalny pulpit z użytkownikami
w przypadku trudniejszego problemu skierowanie użytkownika do II i III linii wsparcia
szkoleniowy proces który trwa 2 tygodnie (płatny, hotel gwarantuje pracodawca)
praca poniedziałek-piątek, II zmiany między 7 a 20 (naprzemiennie co tydzień), 8h pracy
Wymagania pracodawcy bardzo dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego : poziom C1 oraz angielskiego : poziom B1/B2
oświadczenie w obsłudze klienta w zakresie wsparcia telefonicznego (helpdesk) około roku
znajomość programów do obsługi zgłoszeń, skrzynek pocztowych, Active Directory, VPN, systemów operacyjnych Windows, aplikacji do łączenia się z pulpitem zdalnym
bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacji i konwersacji, dokumentowania swojej pracy
pro-kliencka postawa, umiejętność pracy w zespole
