Our HR Corporate department based in Warsaw; Poland is looking for a

 

L&D Specialist 

 (f/m/d) (100%)

 

The role is responsible to support the Corporate HR Department and the business leaders globally in the Learning and Development area.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive efforts to align L&D initiatives and projects to the Triumph People Strategy and business direction
  • Coordinate and support with rolling out of training initiatives in an impactful way throughout the organization
  • Build and design training content in line with Triumph Core Competencies, train key trainers and stakeholders to support with cascading efforts
  • Assess the needs to adjust global initiatives to local requirements and propose changes
  • Keep all stakeholders accountable with end goals, deadlines and continuously follow up along the way
  • Analyze feedback surveys on various L&D initiatives and trainings to drive action plans, anticipate issues and align future efforts with business needs and strategy
  • Manage the DRF (Development Request Form) Process, audit the data, gather feedback and share final decisions with the Business and HR
  • Help to coordinate together with the Corporate Head of L&D the annual Global Talent Review process
  • Support the global onboarding process: build materials, tracking tools, training documentation and guides. Roll out initiative to all countries, monitor process regularly and drive improvements
  • Manage the yearly PDPD processes and calibration meetings, roll out materials, guide local countries in the process and drive process improvements
  • Keep all documentation, guides, trainings, materials up to date and at easy access for all stakeholders. Maintain the documentation on the intranet up to date for all employees globally
  • Support on additional tasks in the Corporate HR Team and help coordinate global L&D vendors

 

Your Ideal Profile:

  • You have experience working on HR projects in a global matrix organization (previous experience in building and delivering training is a plus)
  • You earned a bachelor’s degree (ideally in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or any other related field)

 

  • You understand how L&D drives business improvement and impacts employee engagement, and you possess solid experience in HR key processes

 

  • You have excellent project and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment

 

  • You possess strong planning and organizational capabilities as well as excellent cross functional communication skills
  • You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially PPT and XLS
  • You thrive in a dynamic working environment, and are always curious about expanding your skills and knowledge
  • You are fluent in English language both written and spoken
