  • Zarządzanie 10 osobowym zespołem sprzedażowym;
  • Budowanie relacji z obecnymi klientami i pozyskiwanie nowych kontaktów (klienci B2B);
  • Realizacja budżetu sprzedażowego;
  • Udział w rekrutacji i szkoleniu nowych pracowników;
  • Uczestnictwo w budowaniu strategii sprzedażowej;
  • Ścisła współpraca z CEO firmy;
  • Zadania związane z kierowaniem biurem sprzedaży tj. kontakt z administratorem, obieg dokumentów.
  • Doświadczenie na stanowisku analogicznym w obszarze technicznym;
  • Umiejętność zarządzania zespołem;
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego;
  • Prawo jazdy kategorii B;
  • Umiejętność budowania relacji z klientami i zespołem;
  • Komunikatywność;
  • Wysoka kultura osobista;
  • Predyspozycje liderskie;
  • Dobra organizacja pracy.
  • Umowa o pracę;
  • Premia związana z wynikiem sprzedażowym zespołu i celami indywidualnymi (do ustalenia tryb wypłacania);
  • Praca stacjonarna w Warszawie;
  • Auto służbowe;
  • Szkolenie wprowadzające: około 2 miesiące, stacjonarnie w Niemczech;
