• Change Management: Initiating and leading change projects, including the introduction of new technologies and processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Technology innovation: Tracking technology trends and introducing innovations that support the company's business goals.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. team management: Recruiting, developing and motivating Team Leaders, ensuring high levels of team engagement and performance.
• OKRs and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators for managed areas and regularly report on results achieved.
• Budget Management: Planning and controlling the operating budget, optimizing expenses.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders internally and at HQ, including business partners and customers.
• Compliance and Risk: Ensure compliance with company regulations and policies, identify and manage operational risks.
• Operational Planning: Develop annual and quarterly plans operations, including setting goals, resources and schedules.
• Meetings and Communication: Hold regular meetings with teams and stakeholders to discuss performance, strategy and ongoing challenges.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct operational analysis and prepare reports for Country Manager and Management Team
• Cost Control: Monitoring and controlling operating costs, identifying opportunities for savings.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving operational problems, making decisions on an ongoing basis.
• Audit and Internal Control: Work with the internal audit department to ensure operations comply with company regulations and standards.

• Strategic planning: Participate in the development and implementation of the company's operational strategy.
• Product and service development: Work with product development departments to align offerings with market and customer needs.
• BCM: Develop and implement contingency plans for emergency situations.
• Quality Control: Maintain high quality standards in all operational processes.
• Human Resource Management: Support HR activities in talent development, employee assessment and career path planning.
• Policy and Procedure Implementation: Implement and monitor compliance with company policies and operating procedures.
• Data Management Strategy: Develop and implement the organization's data management strategy.
• Data Security: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and implement data security best practices.

ESSENTIALS:
• Education: University degree in finance, management, economics, IT or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial services field,
• Skills: Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills. Knowledge of modern IT tools and project management techniques.
• Effective leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Effectively multi-task and manage various projects with competing deadlines
• Demonstrated success in supporting teams to drive innovation and foster a high-performance culture
• Ability to clearly communicate and operate within a network organization with ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization
• Language skills: Fluent in English
