For our client, an American technology company, we are now looking for administration and data support. If you have advanced English language skills and want to develop data analysis skills in the field of technology and telecommunications, don't hesitate and apply now

what we offer

  • hybrid work model (1 day per week in the office located in the center of Poznań)
  • 6-month employment by Randstad under a temporary employment contract (maybe with the option to extend)

your tasks

  • being the first point of contact and a liaison with external EMEA vendors 
  • taking quote orders and request prices for leased lines to all carriers that can provide a specific service in order to get the best prices, terms, and quality
  • processing Service Inquiries for the assigned region in a timely and efficient manner
  • being part of a team driving the off-net quoting process for access pricing in EMEA and supporting data analysis
  • define circuit requirements and source competitive pricing quotes from vendors across the EMEA region
  • the analyst will work closely with Carrier Relation Managers (CRM) to ensure the regional strategy is followed

what we expect

  • English: B2/C1 level (both spoken and written)
  • previous professional experience in similar job positions or in SSC/BPO sector - nice to have
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills which enable to work with vendors, sales, and other key stakeholders
  • an analytical approach with a sharp eye for detail
  • previous experience and understanding of the technology/telecommunications industry are nice to have, but not essential
  • quick to learn new procedures, products, and services
  • team player and self-motivator, proactive in approach to the role and a “can do attitude”
