Job Description

 operates in 39 global markets; powering the FMCG ecommerce industry with best-in-class, accurate data. Working with over 52,000 brands, we capture over 300 attributes per product that can be syndicated across third party applications. With over 50 million products distributed globally, content licensing allows you to access rich nutritional information that can enrich a consumer’s product knowledge. 

Currently we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our Team in Szczecin.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implementation of an individual sales plan and delivering revenue target Enhancing the utilization of services, as well as engagement and understanding of tools among clients Generating new business opportunity - Business Development Expanding the scope of collaborative efforts Providing traning and support to problem-solving Building excellent relationships Results Monitoring

QUALIFICATIONS:

Fluent Polish skills (must-have) Min 2 years experience working with B2B clients Analytical thinking, proficiency in working with numbers and data Experience in sales and trainings in IT or eCommerce solutions is welcome Salesman integrity and passion Self-organized and able to apply good time management skills Ability to prioritize work and filter out noise Ambitious and willing to achieve challenging targets Confidence in decision making Knowledge of the English language enabling fluent communication in speech and writing would be an advantage Driving license B Positive attitude
