Working as an Angular Team Lead, you will:

  • Build and lead a high-performing development team, ensuring its structure and processes are aligned with achieving key objectives
  • Take full ownership of product delivery, overseeing all stages from planning and resource allocation to execution and continuous improvements, driven by performance metrics (such as DORA, SPACE)
  • Actively contribute to product development as a hands-on software engineer, setting an example for the team
  • Collaborate closely with the product manager and product designer to co-manage the product backlog and roadmap, providing input from a technical standpoint
  • Drive decisions that impact product development and guide the team towards successful outcomes
  • Cultivate a strong engineering culture, maintaining high standards in software development and promoting best practices

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience leading cross-functional engineering teams, combined with 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, ideally within e-commerce, B2C, or gaming sectors
  • At least 2 years of commercial experience delivering software applications using the Angular framework, with familiarity with recent versions
  • A solid front-end development background, including expertise in Javascript, Typescript, Angular, RxJS, SASS/SCSS, Server-Side Rendering, Dependency Injection (DI) patterns, and testing frameworks.
  • Understanding of various programming paradigms such as OOP, functional, and reactive programming
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex system architectures, making informed decisions on technology and architecture
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in managing, mentoring, and growing a development team, including performance management and hiring
  • Excellent English skills (min. C1 level)
