BAT POLAND IS LOOKING FOR A DEMAND PLANNING EXECUTIVE
SENIORITY LEVEL: Junior Manager Level
FUNCTION: Finance
SALARY RANGE: competitive salary + excellent benefits + market leading bonus
LOCATION: Warsaw, Poland
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The primary purpose of the Demand Planning Executive is coordinate the demand planning process to deliver transparent, accurate and realistic demand forecast; translate market insights and research is translated into accurate & scientific forecasts that form the keystone of an effective integrated business planning cycle; to track & report on BAT performance.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Create sales forecast for 3 markets basing on historical data, market trends analysis and recent performance; Align between multiple stakeholders (from Marketing, Finance & Trade teams) to continuously improve forecast accuracy and understand impacting drivers; Lead forecasting meetings, present & defend the outcome and recommendations to senior stakeholders; Prepare performance analysis by category and product, combining multi sourced data; Closely cooperate with Business Insights and Planning Manager to understand the needs of business and stakeholders as well as Logistics to ensure the right levels of stocks; Prepare periodic reports and various ad-hoc analysis supporting the implementation of NPIs; Maintain company’s results cyclical reporting;ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Graduate of faculties related to data analysis (economics, quantitative methods, management or other science subjects). Professional experience in demand forecasting, data analysis Very good analytical skills, accuracy and perfect work organization. Responsibility and independence. Ability to work under time pressure. Communicative English – work in an international environment Advanced knowledge of MS ExcelWE ARE BAT
