Opracowywanie prognoz popytu na produkty, bazując na analizach rynkowych, trendach sprzedaży oraz danych historycznychTworzenie efektywnych planów produkcji zgodnych z prognozami popytu oraz koordynacja z zespołem produkcyjnym Określanie optymalnych poziomów zapasów, minimalizacja nadmiaru i monitorowanie efektywności procesów zarządzania zapasami Regularna analiza danych związanych z popytem, podażą, sprzedażą oraz efektywnością procesów, w celu identyfikacji obszarów optymalizacji (na podstawie danych dostępnych w narzędziach operacyjnych SAP ERP i BI)Śledzenie kluczowych wskaźników wydajności związanych z procesami planowania, identyfikacja obszarów usprawnień Wdrażanie innowacyjnych rozwiązań i doskonalenie procesów związanych z planowaniem popytu i podaży Aktywna współpraca z zespołami zakupów, produkcji, logistyki i sprzedaży w celu efektywnego zarządzania łańcuchem dostawKoordynacja z dostawcami w celu zapewnienia terminowej dostawy materiałów, monitorowanie ich wydajności i identyfikacja obszarów poprawy Czuwanie nad harmonogramem dostaw do magazynu centralnego w oparciu o ustalenia z partnerem logistycznymWsparcie w procesie przygotowywania prognozy zapotrzebowania na FGKontakt z dostawcami i firmami transportowymi. 2-3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku w obszarze planowania popytu i podaży dziale operacyjnym/logistycznym, Umiejętność analizy danych, identyfikacji trendów i podejmowania decyzji na podstawie danych liczbowych, Znajomość SAP, Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office, w szczególności Excel (jako narzędzia do analizy danych), Mile widziana podstawowa znajomość MS Power BI, Komunikatywność i otwartość na współpracę z innymi działami firmy, Samodzielność w działaniu i asertywność, Odpowiedzialność, wnikliwość i sumienność, Zdolność do dostosowania się do zmian w środowisku biznesowym oraz elastyczność w reagowaniu na nagłe wydarzenia i zapotrzebowanie rynku, Zoientowanie na doskonalenia systemów i narzędzi używanych w procesie planowania Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację w mowie i piśmie.
