About the role
In this role you will be part of IIG Total Rewards team but with a special focus on IKEA Industry.
- Actively Contribute in the development of IIG frameworks, approaches and new ways of working – ensuring that IKEA Industry’s reality and needs are considered in the development
- Support in securing implementation of the new frameworks, approaches and ways of working in within IKEA Industry.
- Coach and support IKEA Industry (both globally as well as local organization) in Total Rewards related questions.
- Support IKEA Industry harmonizing ways of working within Total Rewards – both with global IIG ways of working as well as between sites and factories where needed.
- Work with the Digital team to ensure sufficient usage of existing digital products.
- Interact with stakeholders cross IKEA Industry as well as other parts of IIG.
- Show the IKEA values in your daily business approach.
About you
To be successful in this role:
- You have experience from working with Total Rewards questions and good understanding on how this area can contribute to co-worker experience as well strengthen a strong IKEA culture.
- You understand business operations in an international company and knowledge of how Total Rewards contributes to attract and retain co-workers.
- You have ideally experience from working in an environment with both blue- and white-collar workers and understanding for the complexity this brings in when it comes Total Rewards.
- Experience from working with Total Rewards processes in digital tools/HRIS.
- Since this is a dynamic role including many different dimensions, we expect you to have strong ability to build strong and trustful relationships as well as being clear on how you navigate, lead and create result in a complex stakeholder landscape.
- We also expect you to have strong leadership capabilities.
- To lead and work in a remote set up comes natural for you and you communicate in a clear and simple way.
- Last but not least, we also expect you to strongly be motivated and guided by our IKEA Culture & Values.
A few more details for you
Preferred location for this role is our Supply Unit in Warsaw, Poland. Älmhult, Sweden can be an alternative location for the right candidate. Together with you as a candidate we will discuss which location is most suitable for you.
IKEA Industry is one of the business units within IKEA Supply, and it is IKEA’s own furniture manufacturer. IKEA Industry has more than 30 production units across 18 sites in 7 countries:
Poland, Slovakia, Portugal, Sweden, Lithuania, China and Hungary.
The operations include sawmills, boards, component and furniture production. About 15,000 co-workers work at IKEA Industry.
