Cash Collection Specialist - French Speaking

 

Are you passionate about financial operations and skilled at managing accounts receivable? Join our dynamic team at IFS as a Cash Collection Specialist. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring timely payments from our clients while maintaining positive relationships. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  1. Client Communication: Reach out to customers via phone, email, or other channels to collect payments for outstanding invoices
  2. Account Reconciliation: Investigate discrepancies, resolve billing issues, and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate records.
  3. Payment Tracking: Monitor payment schedules, follow up on overdue accounts, and proactively address any payment delays.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with various business partners, including Customers, Group Treasury, Finance, Legal, Sales, Customer Service, Cash Accounting, and Billing teams.
  5. Efficiency Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline cash collection procedures, and standardize practices.
  6. Ad Hoc Support: Assist the management team by providing information and addressing queries promptly.
  7. Qualifications:
    • University degree in finance or economics.
    • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in French, Polish and English.
    • Practical knowledge of Excel.

This opportunity is a full-time (40h per week) permanent position. The office site is Warsaw, Cracow or Gdansk. Please note that we do not offer B2B contracts.
