Job Description

 

  • Cash Collection in APJ & MEA Markets (sending future due, chasing overdue, Accounts reconciliation)
  • Credit review
  • Various reporting: aged debtors
  • Resolution of client specific queries
  • Daily cooperation with all business partners (Customers, Group Treasury, Finance, Legal, Sales, Customer Service, Cash Accounting, Billing etc.)
  • Close cooperation with Cash Accounting Team to insure timely and accurate cash application.
  • Regular and effective cash collection on past due accounts
  • Work closely with Sales Department and Customer Service to ensure timely and accurate discrepancy resolutions.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and standardization of processes.
  • Support management team in ad hoc queries/information requests
  • Internal & external audits compliance including all internal policies.
  • System upgrade testing
  • Ad hoc queries

Qualifications

  • University degree (finance / economics) 
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Very good command English & Polish
  • Practical knowledge of Excel

This opportunity is a full-time (40h per week) permanent position. The office site is Warsaw, Cracow or Gdansk. Please note that we do not offer B2B contracts.
