Cash Collection Specialist - French Speaking

Are you passionate about financial operations and skilled at managing accounts receivable? Join our dynamic team at IFS as a Cash Collection Specialist. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring timely payments from our clients while maintaining positive relationships. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Client Communication: Reach out to customers via phone, email, or other channels to collect payments for outstanding invoices Account Reconciliation: Investigate discrepancies, resolve billing issues, and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate records. Payment Tracking: Monitor payment schedules, follow up on overdue accounts, and proactively address any payment delays. Collaboration: Work closely with various business partners, including Customers, Group Treasury, Finance, Legal, Sales, Customer Service, Cash Accounting, and Billing teams. Efficiency Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline cash collection procedures, and standardize practices. Ad Hoc Support: Assist the management team by providing information and addressing queries promptly. Qualifications: University degree in finance or years of experience in a similar role.Proficiency in French, Polish and English.Practical knowledge of Excel.
