Job Description

You will lead a group of 10-12 CRM Support and Data Operation Analysts (DOA) responsible for processing various data types including master data and reference data and their availability for daily commercial operations and business initiatives for the supported affiliate(s). 

Data Management and Quality Assurance : The team maintains various data sources, processes Data Change Requests, and ensures data quality by identifying and fixing issues. Master Data Alignment and Reporting: They align master data and reference data across systems (such as Veeva Network and Veeva CRM) and deliver relevant reports to meet business needs. Support and Process Optimization: The team supports business users with basic operations, coordinates data completeness initiatives, identifies process improvements, and participates in testing for system releases. CRM Support: The teamsupports end users with CRM applications and ensures master data and reference data availability for daily commercial operations and business initiatives.

This role is in hybrid work model. Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.

What you will do:

Leadership

Led, built, and maintained a team that delivers master data management for the ECP region, by; supervising the work of the team organizing everyday duties managing projects monitor the quality and service infrastructure of the program (incidence, performance management) managing direct reports, through training, coaching, and development ability to coordinate and inspire a DOA team motivate, mentor, and teach others the principles of continuous improvement with the ability to share examples across end-to-end processes, offer alternatives, and provide constructive feedback to create a culture of continuous improvement throughout Biogen foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives. demonstrate proficiency in effectively presenting complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner and facilitating meetings with Customers monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures the position requires strong collaboration, communication, coordination, and change management skills and global awareness and sensitivity to multiple cultures

Service Delivery

Supports and supervise the execution of the team's tasks, relating to customer data management, consent module, testing of Veeva OpenData, Veeva Network, and Veeva CRM releases prepare and run monthly and quarterly Business Partners Reviews and quarterly VOC survey review and manage all errors; facilitate correction in source systems with business process owners or override errors. Complete root cause analysis and ensure issues are remediated.  participate in UATs of new sources, support training of affiliates managing bulk uploads across the region and various systems incorporating new system functionalities and releases into daily data operation processes representing service line to the D&A Governance forum

Business Partnership

the DO manager builds relationships with and acts as a key resource and escalation point for internal and external customers. engages the relationship with the internal Business partner to ensure delivery of the service work with partners within Biogen (both GBS and Non-GBS) and externally to proactively identify, prioritize, facilitate and lead SL Continuous Improvement initiatives act as a coordination point for the (Global) Process Owner regarding the Warsaw Delivery Site – Service Line processes

Continuous Improvement

make continuous improvement recommendations related to the Data Operations and facilitate their approval and execution foster a culture geared towards continuous improvement amongst the Data Operations team

Qualifications

Required skills

People management experience and/or Cross-Functional Project Management experience At least 4 years experience in data management within an international environment Practical knowledge of CRM and data visualization solutions will be a strong asset. Practical knowledge of client service management Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Experienced in data process and management standards Proven track tracked to build strong relations with business partners Perfect interpersonal abilities and good abilities in the operation of the computer Experience in the coordination of service delivery team(s) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (excellent written and verbal communicator with the ability to articulate recommendations and key decision points to senior management)
